Rental Information
- All renters must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver's license, a major credit card.
- There is no charge to deliver the car to the hotel.
- A credit card authorization and a verification of insurance coverage will be made prior to the rental period. The credit card authorization is a pre-authorization only, not a charge.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the rental or no show of rental will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental cost.
- Any additional drivers, besides a spouse, need to meet the same age and driver's license requirements as the primary driver.
- A Florida sales tax of 6% and a $8.00 per day road tax/surcharge must be applied to all rentals.
- All rentals include 100 free miles per day. Additional mileage is $0.50 per mile.
- All rentals must stay within the state of Florida.
- No smoking is allowed in the rentals, a cleaning fee may apply for violators.
- The phone number for 24-hour roadside assistance is on the back of the rental agreement, a copy of the agreement should be kept in the car at all times.
- In case of an accident, a police report must be filed and Chariots Luxury Rentals must be notified.
